Key Features

Cleaner Injection The positive click connection helps stop epoxy from leaking at the port. That means less waste, less cleanup, and a neater concrete crack repair job. No Port Drilling These flush-mount ports are designed to be pasted to the concrete surface for most applications. Skipping the drilling step saves setup time and keeps the repair process simpler. Complete Port Kit This Simpson Strong-Tie flush-mount injection port kit gives you 20 ports plus 1 injection fitting, so you can set up multiple points along a crack and keep moving without piecing the system together separately.

Overview

The Simpson Strong-Tie EIP-EZAKT (1/2″) Flush-Mount Injection Port Kit for Concrete Crack Repair (20 Pack) is a concrete crack repair injection port kit built for cleaner, faster epoxy or polyurethane injection work. This is a flush-mount injection port kit designed for structural concrete crack repair. Model Number: EIP-EZAKT. If you are repairing cracks in concrete and want a more controlled way to inject material without fighting a messy hose-to-port connection, this kit is the part of the system that makes the job go smoother.

The big selling point here is the E-Z-Click connection. Instead of trying to hold a tube on a port and deal with seepage around the connection, the fitting clicks onto the port and creates a positive connection. In practical terms, that means less leakage during injection, less wasted repair material, and less cleanup when the job is done. It also means one person can work faster because you are not stuck holding the tube in place the whole time.

Another real advantage is that these flush-mount injection ports are designed to perform while pasted directly to the surface of the concrete for most applications. That matters because eliminating port drilling cuts down prep time and keeps the repair process simpler, especially on straightforward crack sealing and injection work. Once injection is complete, the port head can be pulled out to close it and help prevent leakage, which keeps the repair area more controlled after the material is in the crack.

This kit includes (20) E-Z-Click flush-mount injection ports and (1) E-Z-Click injection fitting. That combination makes it a practical choice for contractors and serious property owners handling multiple injection points along a crack path. On long or branching cracks, having a set of 20 ports gives you enough pieces to space injection points properly without stopping mid-job to source more hardware.

From a system standpoint, the E-Z-Click injection fitting installs onto the end of the Optimix mixing nozzle and clicks onto E-Z-Click ports during injection. The kit is also listed as compatible with all Simpson Strong-Tie paste-overs. That is important if you are already using the Simpson repair system and want parts that are intended to work together instead of mixing components and hoping for a clean seal.

For jobsite use, this is the kind of accessory kit that saves time by reducing the small frustrations that slow a repair down. Less leakage means less material loss. A click-on connection means easier handling. Surface-mounted ports mean fewer steps for most applications. None of that is flashy, but on concrete crack injection work those details are exactly what separate a clean repair from a messy one.

The best fit for this kit is anyone doing concrete crack repair where controlled injection matters: foundation repair contractors, general contractors, waterproofing crews, and experienced DIY users working on structural crack sealing. If you need the consumable parts that let the injection material get where it needs to go without making a mess, the EIP-EZAKT is the useful part of the system, not an extra accessory you can ignore.

See the Repair Path Clearly

This setup is made for controlled injection along a crack line, not guesswork. Multiple ports let you work the repair progressively so material can move through the crack where it is needed.

• Designed for structural crack repair in concrete
• Includes 20 flush-mount ports for multi-point injection setups

Less Mess at the Connection

The E-Z-Click system is built around a positive connection between the fitting and the port. That keeps the injection process cleaner and helps reduce wasted epoxy or polyurethane at the point where leaks usually happen.

• Disconnecting the fitting stops flow at the port
• Port head can be pulled after injection to help prevent leakage

Work Faster With Surface-Mount Ports

For most applications, these ports are pasted directly to the surface instead of drilled in. That trims down prep work and makes the kit especially useful when you are moving through a repair with several injection points.

• No drilling of ports required for most applications
• One person can work faster without holding the tube on the port

What’s in the Box
