Overview

Kreg Adaptive Cutting System Parallel Guides, Model ACS415, are precision measuring guides made for the Kreg Adaptive Cutting System 62 in. Guide Track. This is a track saw guide accessory designed for making accurate, repeatable rip cuts in plywood, solid wood, and other sheet goods. If you are tired of measuring, marking, and hoping your track lands dead on every time, this setup gives you a faster and more consistent way to cut wide panels.

The big advantage here is repeatability. These guides are built to handle cuts from 12 in. to 96 in. wide, which covers a lot of real cabinet, built-in, and sheet breakdown work. Precision measuring tapes and material stops let you lock in a width, register against the edge of the workpiece, and cut without laying out each panel by hand. That matters when you are cutting multiple cabinet sides, shelves, or filler strips and need them all to match.

Kreg built these to work directly with the Adaptive Cutting System 62 in. Guide Track, and that specific fit is what makes them useful. They attach quickly when needed, stay compact so they do not get in the way while cutting, and remove easily without needing recalibration. In plain terms, you can switch from guided panel cutting to another setup without turning the whole process into a tune-up session.

The measuring rules are easy to read, and the heavy-duty brakes are there for a reason. Once you set your dimension, the brakes hold that setting so you can make one cut or a whole stack of cuts at the same width. For shop work and jobsite install work, that is the difference between a smooth workflow and losing time checking every sheet with a tape.

Material choice matters on accessories like this because they get handled, packed, and moved around. The ABS plastic and steel construction gives these guides a balance of durability and manageable weight. At about 5 lbs assembled, they add capability without turning your track saw kit into something bulky and annoying to haul.

These are best for woodworkers, cabinet installers, trim carpenters, remodelers, and serious DIY users already working in the Kreg Adaptive Cutting System. If you own the 62 in. guide track and want faster setup, better repeatability, and fewer layout mistakes on sheet goods, this accessory makes a lot of sense. If you do not have that Kreg track, this is not a universal guide set, so compatibility is the first thing to check.

Cut Sheet Goods Without Re-Measuring

When you are breaking down plywood, consistency is the whole game. These guides let you set the width once and repeat that cut across multiple parts, which helps reduce layout time and cut-to-cut variation.

• Designed for cuts from 12 in. to 96 in. wide
• Heavy-duty brakes lock measurements in place for repeatable results
